Karenna Wood is an international Fertility Coach and founder of your fertilityhub.com

She is a passionate advocate for emotional support and information for women trying to get pregnant.

An expert in mind-body tools, Kareena has supported over 1500 women from around the world to learn relaxation, stress-reduction and mind-set techniques and improve relationships and coping skills.

Kareena has been a fertility coaching for nearly 10 years and supports women 1-to-1 and  through direct-message coaching for members of her Toolbox app.

Karenna uses a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy, positive psychology, professional personal and relationship coaching, proven relaxation techniques and visualisation/mediation to transform the experience of infertility.

The ‘Your Fertility Hub’ website, Toolbox app and popular podcast aim to help women reduce the negative impact of infertility and optimise their natural fertility through learning highly successful mind-body tools.

In 2017, she founded ‘Your Fertility Hub’ to reach more women with the tools and techniques she uses in private practice, empower women to take control of their fertility and  create an inspiring and supportive community. Your Fertility Hub aims to help thousands of women worldwide reduce the negative impact of infertility and enhance their natural fertility.

Karenna has three children. She knows the joy and deep richness children bring and she is incredibly passionate to help her clients achieve that too and support them through infertility, pregnancy, birth and early parenting.
