My Coaching Methodology
Turn your Fertility Journey into a positive and empowering one.

While working with me, you’ll come to realize that your experience with TTC either naturally or via ART like IVF is a blessing; it doesn’t need to be a stressful journey, and it can help strengthen your marriage and help you develop a whole new outlook on life.

Emotional Support
Through Empathy, compassion, kindness and genuine understanding (as I have been there), I will make sure you are not alone in this journey, and I’ll be your fellow fertility warrior, guiding you through it.

Embracing & Acceptance
Developing the ability to recognize and accept challenges of your actual situation. Process and recover from the difficulties this can bring, and be aware of all the possible outcomes, to find the best and healthy way to adapt to the reality in that present moment and move forward by making the right decision for you.

Self-Awareness
Creating Awareness on the ability to start practicing better understanding of yourself as an individual, your pros and cons from within, you can start make changes and build your areas of strength as well as identify areas where you would like to make improvements.

Mindset & Clarity
Having the belief of reaching your goal of parenthood, is creating clarity by manifesting that belief into reality. You are the one that has the power to make that reality happen and I will be there to help you build it.

Anxiety & Stress Tools
By Focusing on yourself if you are walking this path alone (by choosing to be a single parent) or focusing on you and your partner by having the help of a holistic coach & mentor that was also a fertility warrior, I will use tools that will help you walk this path in much more ease and peace.

Coaching & Mentoring
We will work focusing on the accomplishments you want during this journey to reach the goal of parenthood, by me being your guide, advisor and supporter as you walk this path.
